Ken has studied with Jack Richard to Richard Schmid. He has won awards from the "Art in the Parks" Top 100 show in Jackson Wyoming to the Salmagundi Show in New York N.Y.

 Ken was selected in July of 2009 for the national juried show, Paint the Parks  "Mini 50".

Ken has been selected into the Pastel Society of America show in September 2010 in New York.
